  • Turn off the TV (if something really important happens you’ll find out).
  • Indulge a physical passion (ask yourself ‘What puts a smile on my face?’ then go for it).
  • See the glass as half full (look for a solution or opportunity where others see a problem).
  • Saturate your mind with a positive book and some uplifting music.
  • Serve others (find a cause you can support and give some of your time).
  • Associate with positive people (remove yourself from draining, negative & toxic people).
  • Come to Duck Soup and celebrate being single! (expand your social network with new friends).
